FAQs

(Turnaround Times):
Turnaround time is 2 weeks roughly, plus shipping time (this does not include weekends or holidays when listed). We cannot do the item any sooner unless you purchase a rush order listing option!! 

(Blanks We Use):
Currently we use a variety of blanks! I try and keep stock of mostly Blanks Boutique. If you need size charts, please feel free to contact us!

(Email Policies):
Most emails will be answered with a 24-48 hour time frame!
Effective Immediately, I will not be answering Emails, Facebook messages and notifications etc after 5 pm CT time on every Friday eve. I will return all emails from the weekend on Monday!! This will help me be able to spend some time with family! Thank you for understanding!!

(Holiday Schedule):
We will be closed during these times. No emails or orders will be answered are processed. During this time it my push back out turnaround times!

DEC 20TH- JAN 9TH.. We will be closed. During this time we will not answer messages, emails or send any refunds. Any orders placed after 12/16 will not start shipping until we return from Christmas break on Jan 9th, NO EXCEPTIONS!! We will also not refund any money after this date due to not reading company policies!! Please please make note of this! This takes priority over our original refund policy until Jan 9th! NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN!

(Cancellation Policy):
Supplies for your custom items are bought promptly after your purchase. Therefore, cancellations and refunds can only be offered for up to 48 hours following the purchase of the item.

If supplies have already been purchased for your item and you decide to cancel after the 48 hour period, items will be subject to a $15 restocking fee per item(provided the order has not been completed). If the item/order has started processing, no cancellation will be allowed at this point.

(Shipping Policy):
Please understand that once your package is taken to the post office we have no control of how long or the processing time it takes to get to you!! We ship everything USPS 1st class mail unless, you let us know otherwise and have paid to upgrade your shipping preference. Thank you again for your business!!
